1. Using Our Site

You agree to:

• Use the site for legit browsing and purchasing (no dodgy business, bro)
• Provide accurate info when ordering (so your gear actually shows up)
• Not mess with the site, hack it, or try anything sneaky

We reserve the right to block access if someone's taking the piss.

2. Products & Orders

Every tee is made fresh (print-on-demand), which means:

• Slight variations may happen — that's part of the charm
• Colours may look a bit different depending on your screen

Pricing

• All prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise
• We can change prices anytime (but not after you've ordered — that'd be rough)

Order acceptance

We may cancel or refuse orders if:

• Payment doesn't go through
• Something looks off (fraud, incorrect details, etc.)
• Stock or production issues pop up

If that happens, we'll let you know — no ghosting.

3. Shipping & delivery

• Orders are printed and shipped after purchase (no dusty warehouse stock here)
• Delivery times may vary depending on where you are
• Once it's shipped, it's in the courier's hands — but we'll help if anything goes sideways

4. Returns & refunds

We've got your back if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• There's a printing issue
• You received the wrong item

We don't offer returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection (check the size guide, legends)

If something's not right, flick us a message — we'll sort it. See also our Returns Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, and content are owned by Sweet As Tees.

That means:

• No copying, reselling, or ripping designs
• No using our content without permission

Basically — don't be that guy.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but:

• We're not liable for indirect losses (missed deliveries, delays, etc.)
• Use the site at your own risk

Nothing wild here — just standard cover.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top.
